These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of **fnueva.com** (the "Site") and the **Prescription Portal** at **rxintake.fnueva.com** (the "Portal"), operated by **Super Farmacia Nueva, Inc.** ("Farmacia Nueva", "we"). By using the Site or the Portal you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy](/en/privacy).

## 1. Nature of the service

- The Site provides information about our pharmacy, services, hours and ways to contact us.
- The Portal lets you send us a prescription electronically (and, for new customers, your health-plan information) so we can prepare it.
- **Submitting a prescription through the Portal does not guarantee it will be filled.** Filling is subject to the validity of the prescription, medication availability, health-plan verification, the pharmacist's professional judgment and applicable law. We will contact you if we need more information or cannot fill the prescription.
- The Portal is **not an emergency service**. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

## 2. Use of the Portal

By using the Portal you agree to:

- Submit only **legitimate, valid prescriptions issued in your name**, or in the name of a person you are legally authorized to act for (for example, a minor in your care).
- Provide **true, accurate and complete** information.
- Not submit altered, forged or third-party images without authorization.
- Not attempt to access other people's information, interfere with the Portal's operation, bypass its security mechanisms, or use it in an automated or abusive way.

We may reject, hold or report to the authorities any submission we consider fraudulent or unlawful.

## 3. Communications

By submitting your prescription you agree that we may contact you by **phone, text message, email or WhatsApp** at the number or address you provided, to coordinate your order. WhatsApp and email are third-party services; if you prefer another channel, let us know.

## 4. Home delivery

Delivery is available in the Naranjito area and nearby communities, subject to availability. Delivery times and conditions are coordinated by phone. Certain medications may require in-person delivery with identification or pickup at the pharmacy.

## 5. Non-medical information

The content of the Site, including the **Educational Blog**, is general information and **does not constitute medical advice**. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist about your treatment.

## 6. Third-party links and services

The Site and the Portal may link to or use third-party services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, Google Analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

## 7. Intellectual property

The Farmacia Nueva name, logo, text, images and design are the property of Super Farmacia Nueva, Inc. or used under license. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

## 8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or the Portal, in whole or in part, at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

## 9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Farmacia Nueva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Portal. Nothing in these Terms limits the pharmacy's professional obligations under Puerto Rico law or your rights as a patient.

## 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States.

## 11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Site or the Portal after a change constitutes acceptance.
